It is necessary to keep Optout option with the promotional campaign as per ACMA Guidelines. 

The Optout options are –

  • ‘Unsubscribe link’ (For Personal Number and Business Name)
  • ‘Reply STOP to Opt-out’ message (For Shared Number and Dedicated Number)
  • To opt out for SMS updates, customer can click on the link provided at the end of the message or Reply ‘STOP’.
