Guni provides easy way to create audience(by age, sex, location) and send sms broadcast for flue shots, health information and patient engagement
- Export patient data from BP software.
- Go to Utilities > Search menu in Best Practice.
- From ‘Database search’ with a prefilled SQL query that will extract a list of your active patients and their details
- Click Run search
- Save patients data
- Enter file name
- Chose CSV from save as type.
- Click save button
- Login to Guni SMS – Sign in. We recommend to use desktop to create and run campaign on BP patients data.
- If you don’t have Guni account please create free Guni account Sign-up
- Activate BP medical profile to automate SMS campaign.
- please send email to support@guni.com.au to get medical BP profile activated.
- You should see Medical contacts option in left menu section.
- Click upload icon to upload BP export patients file.
- View uploaded contacts
- Total valid contacts uploaded.
- Error logs(empty mobile number)
- Create audience
- Choose gender
- Age format(single such 1 or range 1-20) and also you can select month or year age.
- Postcode, you can choose single or range such as range : 2000-2763
- Click Check
- Create contacts from audience
- click on create group
- Contacts will be added automatically in Group
