• In case, you want to give an option to the customer for the unsubscription of services.
• Click on SMS Campaign from the left sidebar.

To create a SMS, click on +, a window will open up.

• Fill all the required fields

Now click the checkbox Add opt-out link and send.

This will send the message to the customer with an opt-out link.

So now, when a customer wants to opt-out of the services, They just need to click on this link provided at the end of the message.
