Yes, you can definitely get a reply on your own mobile. At the time of sending SMS please select your mobile number (personal number) as the sender ID.
NOTE:- Using personal number as sender first you need to request your number to be used as a sender id. Once it gets approved you can use it as sender when sending SMS
