Guni provides you an easy way to set up a conversation with customers through it’s chat like conversation.

Handling Conversation at Guni

  • Click on ‘Conversation‘ through the left-hand menu.
  • Unread Chats will be visible by default.
  • Click on ‘All’ to view all of them.
  • Search for or click on the contact you wish to hold a conservation with.
Notification about receiving a reply message will be visible in conversation.
Sending SMS through Conversation
  • Select Sender ID
    • Shared Number – Our system will assign numbers from a random number pool.
    • Dedicated Number – This is a unique number used by your account, to use this you will need to buy one.
    • Business Name – You can use a dynamic name such as “Guni”.
    • Personal Number – Number that you have registered with Guni account.
  • Type the Message Content.
  • Add template, Short URL if needed.
  • Click on
    • Send – for sending the message.
    • Schedule icon – For sending in future.
  • It will display messages sent and received with
    • Sending Time – Timestamp of message sending.
    • Message Staus – Status of message approved, not approves, waiting approval, sent, blocked.
