Multimedia Messaging Service can help your business send Multimedia Messages or Rich Media Content directly to any mobile device out there around the world. You can send text, images, small videos and audio. You could include all these elements in your MMS Message and forward the same to your respective target audience.

Send a Quick MMS

Step 1: Start a Quick MMS Message

• Click Create button in the header bar of any page and click on ‘Quick Message’.

Or

• Click on ‘Messaging’ from left menu and select ‘New Message’.

• Choose type from SMS/ MMS.

Step 2: Select Audience

Option 1: Type/Paste Receiver’s number –

• Enter the receiver’s contact number:
  • You can add up to 20 recipients.
  • Support all formats: 04xxxxxxxx, 4xxxxxxxx, 614xxxxxxxx

Or

Option 2: Search Contacts –

• Search for them through ‘Search’ Icon.
  

• Enter contact name and select it when displayed.

• Add more by searching for more.
• Then click on ‘+Add’.

• Select Sender ID from the list.  Following are the options for sender IDs:
  • Shared number – Free numbers of the pool. A shared number pool is used by other customers. The system assigned the number to your message and removed after some hours.
  • Dedicated number – It is a unique phone number for a specific business, and it is exclusively for your use and involves a monthly subscription fee.

Step 3: Compose Message

• Type MMS Subject.
• Enter MMS content or use Template by clicking ‘Add Template’ – If you don’t have template, please add from here – Template
• Upload image, pdf, audio or video by clicking on ‘Add Attachment’.
• Convert long web URLs using the Short URL option
• Test your message before you send a message out clicking ‘Send Test Message’.

Step 4: Send Message

• Select one out of –
  • Now – Send immediately 
  • Later – Schedule for later.
• Click Send.
