Guni SMS allow you to integrate with Zoho to send quick SMS and campaigns.
Integrating Zoho with Guni –
- Log in your Zoho account.
- Use this link to install the Guni app –https://marketplace.zoho.com/app/crm/guni-sms-for-zoho-crm
- Complete your integration setup.
Sending Quick SMS –
- Open your Contacts in Zoho.
- Click on ‘Send Guni Quick…‘.
- A panel for Quick SMS, will appear.
- Select the Sender ID as message sender.
- Type in the message Content.
- Add personalisation and Template if needed.
- Click on
- Send – to send the message now
- Schedule – To schedule it for later respectively, enter schedule and click on ‘Send Schedule‘ afterwards.
- You will be displayed ‘Quick SMS Sent Successfully’ after sending the message.
Bulk Message –
- Select contacts from your contacts for sending bulk message.
- Click on ‘Send Guni Bulk SMS‘ button appeared on top.
- A panel named ‘Send Guni Bulk SMS’ will appear.
- Select Sender ID as message sender.
- Type the message content.
- Add Template, personalisation if needed.
- Click on
- Send – to send the message now
- Schedule – To schedule it for later respectively, enter schedule and click on ‘Send Schedule‘ afterwards.
Promotional type campaign is sent from Zoho, you can remove opt out message/link but remember that it is necessary according to ACMA Guidelines.
Viewing History
- To view history, click on contact to view its details.
- Scroll down the details and you will find history in ‘Guni SMS Messages‘.
- All the messages sent and received on Zoho will be visible.
