Guni allows you to automatically send greeting message to the customers who reply for the first time to your campaign.
How to Send Greeting Message?
- Click on ‘Integration‘ from the left menu.
- Scroll to the ‘Greetings’ section.
- Turn ‘On’ the Greetings Setting.
- Enter the Greeting message you want to send.
- Click ‘Save’.
- Now, Greeting message will be send automatically to every customer replying for the first time.
